I picked these up from my local thrift store. I am not the original owner. I am not knowledgeable about one piece cards. What I can tell from my observations is that there are 24 packs total. 4 of them are for sure opened.The other 20 appear to be sealed and unopened.I would never tamper with this myself. My reviews would tell you that I certainly would not myself.If the other 20 packs were tampered with, then it was the previous owner of these cards.As far as I can tell, they look unopened.Please purchase at your discretion.
